If you have specific questions about the biometric screening portion of your program, please contact BioIQ Support at 1-877-862-4647 or e-mail support@BioIQ.com. Please note, BioIQ cannot answer questions regarding your program requirements or incentives.

Tips for registering on HealthyatTenet:

  • You only need to register as a new user if you have not previously registered on the site. Exclude leading zeros in your Employee ID Number.
  • Select a username and password that is at least six letters and/or numbers. Do not use spaces, periods, commas or underscores.
  • Your username and password are case sensitive.

The HealthyatTenet Help Desk is open from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. HealthyatTenet Help Desk tickets will be responded to within two business days.
